New Home Construction
Building New Homes in Clifton & Tomball
We build new homes on your land. If you own land, or you are about to, we plan and build the home around the way you actually live — the layout, the light, the materials, and the details you will touch every single day. One team is accountable from the first drawing to the final walkthrough, so you are not juggling six contractors and hoping they talk to each other.
We build on your lot across Bosque County and Central Texas, and through Tomball and the northwest Houston area. Whether it is a first home, a forever home, a barndominium, or a build for family land that has been in the family for generations, the process is the same: honest numbers, a real schedule, and work we are willing to put our name on.
What we build
- Custom homes on your land — a layout designed around your household, not a plan picked off a shelf
- Barndominiums & shop homes — living space and working space under one roof, built for rural property
- Spec & investment builds — new homes on land you are developing, priced and scheduled to sell
- Tiny homes & guest houses — smaller footprints finished properly, right down to the cabinetry
- Additions & outdoor living — covered patios, pergolas and outdoor kitchens as part of a new build or after it
- Light commercial & church builds — new buildings and additions for congregations and businesses
How a build runs with us
- Site visit & budget talk. We walk the land with you, talk about what is realistic for the property, and put real numbers on the table before you commit to anything.
- Design & selections. We work through plans, materials and finishes together — you see what each choice does to the budget while there is still time to change it.
- Site work & foundation. Clearing, pad, utilities and foundation, with photos and updates as it happens.
- Framing, roof & mechanical. We self-perform the core trades and coordinate the rest, so sequencing and quality control stay in one place.
- Finishes & walkthrough. Cabinetry, counters, tile, flooring and trim, then a walkthrough where you point at anything that is not right and we fix it.
That is the short version. For every stage in detail — what happens, what we need from you and when — see our process.
What you get with us
- Itemized estimates — you can see where the money is going, line by line
- Realistic schedules — we would rather tell you the truth about lead times than promise a date we cannot hold
- Veteran owned & operated — founded by a retired Marine, and it shows in how the job is run
- One point of contact — you talk to the person responsible for the work, not a call center
- A clean site — we do not leave your property a wreck for the next trade
Where we build
Clifton and the surrounding Bosque County communities — Meridian, Valley Mills, Cranfills Gap, Iredell, Morgan and Whitney — and Tomball with the northwest Houston area, including Magnolia, Spring, Cypress, Waller and Conroe. If your land sits just outside those areas, ask us anyway; we will tell you honestly whether we are the right builder for that property.
What our customers say
Other contractors told me it couldn’t be done. Lone Star Patriot built my dream master bathroom — they are the “can do” crew.
We have worked with Mike and his crew a good while. The dedication he puts into every detail is something I look up to.
Michael and his team are the best at what they do — family owned and a veteran. I’ll use them for every future need.
New Home Construction, answered
Yes — that is most of what we do. We walk the property with you, look at access, drainage, utilities and what the site will really support, then give you honest numbers before you commit to anything.
Absolutely. Bring us in early and we can work through layout and budget with you, so the plans you end up with are ones you can actually afford to build.
It depends on size, site work and material lead times. We give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you updated weekly rather than promising a date we cannot hold.

Yes. You can see where the money goes line by line, so you can make choices about where to spend and where to save while there is still time to change it.
