Commercial Construction
Commercial Spaces That Work as Hard as You Do
Commercial construction is judged on downtime as much as craftsmanship. We plan build-outs around your operating hours, coordinate inspections and keep the site safe and presentable while your business keeps running.
Commercial services
- Tenant improvements & build-outs — offices, retail, clinics, shops and storage facilities
- Interior renovations — flooring, ceilings, lighting, paint, millwork and restrooms
- Church & ministry facilities — sanctuaries, fellowship halls, classrooms and accessibility upgrades
- Restrooms & ADA compliance work — accessible stalls, grab bars, thresholds and fixtures
- Exterior & site work — roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, exterior doors and patios
- Maintenance & repairs — the punch-list items that keep a facility presentable
Project management for business owners
You will get a written scope, a realistic schedule and a single point of contact who reports progress without you having to chase anybody. If a permit, inspection or material delay is coming, you hear about it from us first — not from your staff or your customers.
Pastoral and non-profit experience
We have completed church interior work including sanctuary renovations, pew restoration and finish upgrades. We understand budget committees, volunteer schedules and the need to keep a facility usable through the work.
The commercial work we take on
- Tenant improvements — taking a shell or previously occupied space to a working layout your team can move into
- Interior renovations — flooring, ceilings, lighting, paint, doors, millwork and restrooms
- Church and ministry facilities — sanctuaries, fellowship halls, classrooms and accessibility upgrades
- Retail, office and shop space — front-of-house finishes, back-of-house durability, and storage that actually works
- Restrooms and ADA work — accessible stalls, grab bars, thresholds, clearances and fixtures
- Exterior and building envelope — roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, doors and exterior structures
Scheduled around your operating hours
Downtime costs more than construction. We phase work so you can keep trading where possible, shift disruptive tasks — demo, cutting, concrete, heavy deliveries — to evenings or weekends, and keep the work area separated, secured and clean so staff and customers are never walking through a construction site.
Paperwork commercial clients ask for
Commercial and institutional clients usually need more than an estimate. We provide a written scope and schedule, a certificate of insurance, a W-9, and any vendor or safety documentation your property manager requires — and we carry that paperwork through the project rather than producing it once at bid time.
Planning maintenance before it becomes an emergency
Most facility problems are cheaper to prevent than to repair: a roof that gets inspected annually, exterior caulking refreshed before it fails, and damaged flooring replaced in sections rather than after a leak destroys a whole room. We can walk your building and give you a prioritized list with rough costs so budget planning is not guesswork.
Opening a new location in the Greater Houston area? We can scope and complete interior build-outs, restrooms and finish work so you can open on your date.
What our customers say
They do a great job. I was pleased with their work, and I recommend them.
Other contractors told me it couldn’t be done. Lone Star Patriot built my dream master bathroom — they are the “can do” crew.
We have worked with Mike and his crew a good while. The dedication he puts into every detail is something I look up to.
